Marcia Nolan-Malsack has been certified by the Arizona Supreme Court* as a legal document preparer since 2003. She has been working in that "paralegal" capacity in the state of Arizona since 1998. Most of her work as a document preparer is as an adjunct service for her mediation clients. With the clients agreement, she can prepare all necessary documents for filing with the Court. In particular, she will draft the settlement agreement reached between the parties to be reviewed by counsel (if appropriate). This saves duplication of effort and expensive legal fees attached to attorney document drafting subsequent to a written "Memorandum of Agreement She adheres to the highest standards of integrity and truthfulness in all her professional dealings with the public, the Courts and her professional colleagues. For individuals or entities that are not represented by legal counsel she may do the following: a) Prepare or provide legal documents to members of the public for legal matters. b) Provide general legal and factual information c) File with the Courts and arrange for process service of legal documents. In keeping with the Code of Conduct adopted by the Supreme Court, we do NOT:"... provide any kind of opinion or recommendation to a consumer about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options or strategies..." We SHALL: "...respect and comply with the laws..."; "...make full disclosure of any conflict of interests..."; "...keep abreast of current developments in the law...and fulfill ongoing training requirements..."
