Who We Are

Marcia Nolan-Malsack,

an active member of the California Bar since 1974, sat as a “Pro Tem” Judge presiding over Family Law trials. She holds training certificates and over 400 hours in continuing education in both Family and General/Business Mediation. She has been a professional Mediator and Negotiator since 1994. Marcia also does educational workshops and Conflict Management Systems Design for organizations. She is an Advanced Practitioner member of ACR (Association for Conflict Resolution) ; member of the ABA, and is 2011/2012 President of the Maricopa County Association of Family Mediators (MCAFM). Marcia also is a "conflict" coach for persons wishing to evaluate/experience different options for relational interactions. An adult education instructor for over thirty years, Marcia is an adjunct Business Communications professor at Scottsdale Community College and has taught law at Sierra Western School of Law.

an Advanced Family Practitioner member of the ACR, has mediated with several hundred couples and businesses over his fifteen years as a professional mediator. A former legal practitioner in California, he is presently the Membership chair and the 2007 -2008 President of MCAFM . Terry has presented at many valley professional seminars, is a trainer, and often acts as mentor for new mediators. Terry does legal research and brief writing for several local law firms. Terry is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer with offices in Gilbert, Arizona.

G. Wm. McDonald

has over 30 years experience as a broker, investment counselor and financial planner, and is trained as a drug and alcohol counselor. Garland is an accomplished writer of fiction and free verse poetry. He works with Marcia and Terry in preparing and presenting educational seminars for public and businesses.
